  • Business Account Information: Company name, representative's name, email address, user credentials, billing and subscription details.
  • Customer Data (as uploaded by you): Names, contact details, personalized scripts, dynamic variables, audio/video assets, and any other information used in personalized video generation.
  • Communications: Correspondence with support, feedback, and user surveys.

B. Automatically Collected Information

  • Usage Metrics: User actions, video generation statistics, session durations.
  • Device and Technical Data: IP address, browser type, system configurations, device identifiers.
  • Cookies and Tracking: To support session management, analytics, and platform optimization.

We act as a data processor for such content, while you remain the data controller.
